Trustees
The Carlyon Beach Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Association. Trustees serve 2-year terms and are voted into office by the homeowners at alternating annual meetings, four trustees and then three trustees. Annual meetings are held on the second Saturday of June each year at 10:00am. The current Board is made up of the following seven trustees:
- President: Jason Davenport
- Vice President, Water and Sewer: Ed Sorger
- Architecture: Sharon Dorning
- Marina: Don Loffler
- Secretary: Gary Garrety
- Treasurer: Dick Morton
- Roads and Drainage: Marv Harris
Four positions on the Board of Trustees will be up for election in June 2012.
Meetings
All CBHA members are welcome to come and provide their input and opinon on current issues affecting the association. Minutes of board meetings are currently available at the front office.
Upcoming special meetings: To be determined
Regular meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm.
Workshops are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm.
