Special Events Committee is now selling balloons!

The Special Events Committee is offering helium balloons, as a fund-raiser, to CBHA residents. Balloons will also be featured at community events. Balloon special pricing is $1.00 each, with a bouquet of twelve for $10.00. Purchases support Special events like the 4th of July, kids parties, etc. To buy your balloons, e-mail Joy at joyloffler@hotmail.com, or call her at 867-0676.

Off-Leash Dog Park Committee

Dog Park work continues. Roy Evans is in charge of the coordination of work at the site, as we set up the fence and its gates. If you are skilled in post-setting or fence pulling, please contact Roy at roybevans@comcast.net or 366-2710.

Architectural Committee

The Architecture Committee shall have the authority to approve or disapprove building permits that are not otherwise restricted. No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot, part or portion of the property until the construction plans and specifications and a site plan showing the location of the structure and the grading of the lot have been reviewed and approved by the CBHA Architecture Committee for conformance with the adopted rules of construction of the CBHA and for quality of workmanship and materials.
